Shipping Policy

Thank you so much for shopping with us! We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping policies below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You’ll receive another notification with tracking info once your order has shipped.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time.

We currently ship within the US. Flat rate shipping.

  • Standard Shipping (5-10 business days)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.

Delivery Issues: Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please:

  • Double-check your shipping address

  • Look around your delivery location

  • Ask neighbors or your mail carrier

  • Then contact the carrier directly to file a claim

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours at likemedollco@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and item so we can help make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

Please review our Return Policy for details. If your item is eligible for a return or exchange, you’ll need to ship it back within [15 days] of delivery in its original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (for certain items)

  • International locations
