Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered. Please read below for how to return or exchange your item(s).

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Item must be in its original packaging (if applicable).

Returns requested after 14 days may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at likemedollco@gmail.com with the following info:

  1. Your order number

  2. The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  3. The reason for the return

  4. Photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect

We’ll respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Let us know, and we’ll be happy to exchange it if the item is in stock. If not, we’ll offer store credit.

You are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Digital products/downloads

  • Intimates or personal care items

  • Customized or personalized products

🛍️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and your order number so we can make it right ASAP.
