"Raising Girls Who Hype Themselves Up (Because the World Won’t Always Do It)"

Parenting a daughter in today’s world means teaching her two things:

1️⃣ How to tie her shoes.

2️⃣ How to look in the mirror and say, “I’m a masterpiece — even if my ponytail disagrees.”

We want our girls to be strong, confident, and kind — but let’s be honest, between social media filters and playground drama, they need daily affirmations like vitamins for the soul.

So yes, I tell my daughter, “You are smart, brave, and absolutely unstoppable.”

And she looks at me, grins, and says, “I already know.”

(That’s the goal, folks. Mission accomplished.)

Because raising girls who affirm their own greatness isn’t about making them perfect — it’s about making them unshakable.

The world will try to tell her who she’s not... but her affirmations will remind her exactly who she is. 💪💖
